Welcome to my blog. I document my crazy life and attempt to update our 1980's home. Hope you have a nice stay!
I started this page to document the crazy DIY renovations my husband and I were working on in our home. Blogging was a good distraction from national news and politics for me. On December 19, 2019 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have used this platform to document my experience.
My mantra during treatment was, “the only way out is through.” I have found life on the other side of cancer to be more challenging than one might expect. My experiences have not been easy but my hope is to provide others with a little hope, guidance, or perspective along the way.
